How many times have you spouted the same lines? Doesn't it get old, stale, and meaningless after a while? I can say one thing with certainty: Marilyn Manson is more like Jesus than you could ever hope to be. His message goes to those who wish to listen. Like Jesus, he doesn't force his message down people's throats.

I'm a Christian, but Marilyn Manson is also my favourite band. I enjoy the music, and that's what it is all about at the end of the day.

I dont think there is a god (just my opinion, no way to prove there is or is not). But if there was I dont think fear of punishment is a reason to be good; being good should be a reward in itself. Not that i think you should abandon your faith, whatever it takes to keep you happy and good do it! You are right that by the christian definition everyone is a sinner, i just feel such pessimism has a harmful effect on morality considering many "sins" are natural and uncontrollable such as lust.

God showed us how much He loved us by giving His only Son, and Jesus showed us us His willingness to be obedient to God by willingly laying down His life and shedding His holy blood for us sinful men, so that we could be saved
