If it isn't, they did a good job of recreating the village. The buildings there are indeed painted UN sky blue, and are open to both sides. Even tourists can go there, but if meetings are being held, you can't go inside the buildings. You can if no meetings are taking place. On the North Korean side an entire city exists... But hilariously, no one lives there. Just loudspeakers on repeat talking about the glory of the Great Leader.
