Ahhh what! Speeding is a crime since it constitutes breaking the law. Try not signing the ticket and see where you go, you will go to jail. And a ticket is not an amittance of guilt but it is a signature bond that you will appear on this date and at this time. If you have gotten a speeding ticket you have been arrested whether you believe it or not.

Speeding is a civil infraction, not a crime. You don't get arrested for simply speeding, unless if it was your third time or something (in Massachusetts) and you're license is revoked, and you can no longer drive, or if you're driving drunk. Otherwise, speeding is an unarrestable crime.
