Outstanding journalism! I live on the east coast and saw this probably a few weeks after it came out. Haven't been to a Jiffy Lube since and never will again. I always noticed they hired shady looking people and wondered if they were ripping me off. No more wondering.

I understand it happend at 5 out 9 jl but that was the west coast im on the east coast and i dont think something like that wont happen at least not at my store ...

NO!!! in fact most are very honest..we dont even have salesmen!!! WE inform people of the MANUFACTURER"S reccomendations!!! we dont suggest or force sales..not saying there arent places who do..but the majority di not,thats what this "news cast" fails to let you know

you guys believe too much of what you hear...there are many businesses that scam you and jus because it hasnt been on tv it doesnt affect you morons???all jiffy lubes are not bad, and half the time a car is damaged its because the owner doesnt take care of it correctly in the first place.start taking care of your cars and youll save money on gas too!! i love what i do.. like the MAJORITY of good JL MGRS. thats why we are no.1 :) check the stats a**holes
