Thanks for your nice comments. The Ottoman Empire left the conquered countries populations, its own religion and didn't forced anybody to get muslim. So many christian soldiers joined the Ottoman Army and in the Ottoman Campaigns they saw the unity of the mass praying. This positive outlook made them embracing Islam. Nobody can deny that there was peace of religions and tolerance during the Ottoman Reign.
