Its the former soviet anthem which is the same russian hymn that is used today, only the lyrics changed.

Isnt the song in the begining called "the workers song" or somthing like that?Not sure if it was the anthem of The Soviet union or it is the anthem for Russia?Cheers from Northern-Norway:)
