Can't stand the rustling and scratches on the audio on the video. It is not as professional as one would expect from Google. Please ask Google to hire me as a video/audio editor!

Hey Matt, How do Google decide on picking up a website for site links. How come the algorithms works only for few and not for all if it is a general algo. What is the criteria to qualify?
