Well I've been practicing them for a while, but I cant land my back foot on the board, I can rotate it perfectly, and land my front foot on, but never my back one. Any tips? (im goofy btw)

When i try the kickflip, i can flip it all the way, but cant get my front foot back, and my backfoot can get on it.Any tips?

pop harder slide your front foot more so u can get the board higher then flick and then suck ur feet up as high as u can and then catch it
