Tibet was a sacred buddhist land and as such has always been respected since the epic with the Mongols' hordes.In the mid 1940's the Americans sent the OSS to infiltrate, arm and train pacifist buddhist monks into cowboys, and the result was a massacre and occupation since 1950.The American Dream has always been a dire nightmare to all, and the so-called freedom and democracy of the US "Prison Nation" kill by exporting its criminality and by bombing innocents around the world.Amen.

I consider Abu graib and guantanamo bay also as a crime against humanity and civilisation. But I still repete my point, what the CCP is doing in Tibet is a wrong form of imperialism. And I know it's not the only country which made this fault but still it's wrong.

chillichris, this is one world. we are all living in the same world, this is not the 1700s any more.Even as chinese, many of us reject party's actions in Tibet.

Chinese police defending themselves; like on the tienanmen square? Where they killed their own people? Chinese police is capable of the most infame cruelty, that's a wellknown fact. Of course the western media do make mistakes. But most of this "evidence"is chinese propaganda. During the riot in tibet where chinese shopkeepers were attaqued the demonstrators were recognised as chinese, dressed up like Tibetans.

The nationality of the "monkey with the stick" is NEPALI, moron. I don't know if you are aware that there is a country named Nepal and that it is independent of China.The Nepali police were responding to Llamaist Tibetan feudalists in Katmandu - which, FYI, is the capital of Nepal.

As with all meaningful jobs in tibet - theyre all hijacked by the chinese - this propagandist knows that the uniforms are completely irrelevant - The questions really should be: whats the nationality of the monkey with the stick? And whats his aqgenda - it aint pro-tibetan thats for sure and that kinda narrows it down dont it? And open your eyes a bit will ya? All media is misguided - This does not constitute a campaign against the chinese government.. sadly we're not that ethical!
