This song means way more than just doing drugs, did u even watch the video? have u listened to the whole album? This is the exploding point of everything in his life that has transpired and made him the anti-social, drug addicted man that he is: his overprotective mom, father dying in the war, his brainwashing teachers, his cheating wife, his demanding life. This is probably the most powerful song I have ever heard. One of my top 3 favorites of all time. I remember someone asking why a song about doing drugs is so great and powerful, but it is so much more than that, it is the exploding point, the climax of all that makes up the Wall
