Well, obviously if you have superior numbers in PvP, you'll win. You can't ever win a game against an equal/similar opponent if you're lacking in micro. The point is, if you have 10 goons and 1 reaver going up against 10 goons and 1 reaver, the guy who micros can easily come out of the battle with his reaver and maybe 2-3 goons intact.

well im a terran, and almost all of my friends who play are toss... so once we switched races, and hell it was the easiest match i've ever played...PvZ i get, but i think for PvP its more about macro than micro... if you have 10 goons and 1 reaver and your opponent has 12 goons and 2 reavers, micro COULD make a difference, but im guessing it wont :P

PvZ actually takes quite a bit of microing. Same for PvT or PvP. If you a-sweep in PvZ, you'll get owned by zerg flanking and superior expanding abilities. You can actually a-sweep more in PvT than in any other race matchup. PvP also takes quite a bit of micromanagement, as you have to prioritize attacking certain units. If you a-sweep, your goons will be shooting randomly, while their reavers pick off your masses of units.

you're right, to play as well as any professional toss is an extreme feat of sc mastery...what im saying is for amateur players (like, up to C level in iccup), toss has an advantage in that toss units require very little micro... the good ol' toss a-moveand i meant pvz :P

What the hell does that even mean? The game is balanced so that no race is stronger than any other race. It's entirely up to the skill of the player. Obviously, if your zerg is more experienced than your opponent's protoss, then you will win.

It doesn't mean toss is the easiest race to play WELL, or that toss has any advantage.
