Even the so called bad people are created by the same God. The source for so called good and bad is the same. You are that source. You have never been seperated nor have the so called bad and good people.

Many prophets in the past have warned against false prophets that claim to carry on their teaching. It is a problem that they all seem to warn about before they die. Mohammed, Jesus, Gurdjieff are great spiritual teachers but before they died they put in writing I have liquidated everything. Yet there are always PEOPLE, that cannot go on without staking some claim to a teaching that is not their own. Because God does not choose them. God chose these people because he trusted them.

Ah, you use the word vice. And who is to say what is a vice and what is to be a virtue, what is right, what is wrong ? The definitions change according to certain standards of society which have been set in a certain time and place. What was "right" 500 years ago, today may seem to be a grotesque practice. Actions have no value in themselves. It is simply the awareness that is flowing through one's actions which determines one's quality. If there is any vice, it is unconsciousness.

Does engaging in an activity often mean that one is addicted to the action ?Addiction by definition means being posessed by a certain psychological tendency which obstructs one's intelligence. It has nothing to do with how frequently one does things.Who is to say what is the road to happiness? You have heard countless philosophies of it, countless gurus have spoken of it and have their own approach to the problem.Any "way" to happiness leads astray.

There is nothing wrong with any of thosethings...I have loved them all, maybe tomuch...but they are not the road to happiness. And a man who is a spirtual guide knows theproblems of being addicted to the sensualmaterialistic world...from my point of viewyou are here to experience them...but thenmove on. I don't condemn them, but a spirtualadvisor must be his 'own' man...Osho has madehimself a fool and a fraud, through his vicesall too human, but he should help himself first.

There are a variety of different ways to solve a single equation. The ways are seemingly infinite. Renouncing of the pleasures of life is one method, and it seems to be the one which has been frequently understandood. Such is a common approach in the Buddhist, Hindu, Taoist approaches to evolution of consciousness. They attempt to reach the ultimate through means of denial of the senses. There are other approaches which see the pleasure of the senses as an enhancer if used in a certain way.

I understand what you are saying. What is wrong with money, booze, or women ? It seems to me that you have assumed that taking pleasures at the level of materialism is something which is against spirituality. Indulging into the pleasures of this world, there is nothing wrong about it, but neither is there anything right about it. It is neutral. The hazard arises when one becomes attached to those pleasures, dependent upon them for one's state of mind. This is the obstacle of evolution.

I am not a communist...gold watches are greatbut not for a 'spirtual leader'. Whether it'sthe Pope or Dali Lama a man who is that intofashion, has nothing to 'teach'.It shows a man who can not free himself ofhis 'pride' and ego or for that matter hisappetites....not a 'sin' just not the qualities of a 'teacher' who should havefreed himself of the needs of fashion andostentation. And as we both know Osho'sconcerns are money, booze and women.

Very interesting how you think that having a gold watch can be contrary to being a spiritual being. All needy souls need to be taught a lesson. Nobody ever attains to the beyond through means of greed for the sake of greed.
