7 minutes with no wireless clients connected at all. You don't need a legitimate computer connected generating traffic to crack WEP.You can generate your own "interesting packets" before you get the WEP key.

Depending on the network setup, you may be able to access the PC.But you can always access all network traffic from the PC to the router.

what's the name of the software to screen capture pages that the neighbour is watching? It looks like he is pasting every page into MS-Word. He grabs the entire page as it is on victim's screen, otherwise he could not get encrypted pages as flight itinerary page.
