Last time I was at the World Showcase at Epcot it was a month after 9/11/01 and they didn't have to many characters out. But the closest I've goten was Dopey on Main Street last year. (November)

I've checked there. All I get is Chip and Dale. Sometimes Pluto or Pinocchio.

When you work at the park you don't put on a uniform, but instead put on a costume and get into character.
