No, you can get a virus on a mac. They're actually really nasty. But not too many of them are made. Hackers try to target the majority which are windows users (so a lot less mac viruses are made by comparison). It's easy to avoid getting a virus on a PC too, you just gotta be smart about where you go on the net, have a firewall and some anti-virus software.

Haha I had a friend I met in college that was involved with the invention of the magnetic power cords.Apparently Mac distributed to every child in his middle or elementary school a laptop when they first came out with them. All of the kids kept tripping on the power cords, and he even witness one fly off the table and smash into the wall!From then on mac made the magnetic cords!Cute commercials even though I'm a PC user, I totally see the truth in them, hehe.
