As a father of a 4-year-old boy, and the lesson I learned when I first watched this as a teenager, vs. to do and not to do, I give my boy love while at showing him how the world is. You should behave this way, but when confronted by those who wish ill, know how to protect yourself. Hopefully, my son will be stable, know the difference between right and wrong, and be strong enough to protect himself and his family. From that point on, everything else is cake. It's a tight wire. 4 my boy.
