It is awards season, but this year the writers' strike has been responsible for cancelling the Golden Globe ceremony and there's no telling what will happen to the Oscars.

It always amazed me that someone who directed Paris Texas, one of the best movies of all times in my opinion, has also made such crappy movies afterwards. Why??

"...and courting couples need a cinema rather than a dvd with their parents around..." excellent statement Mr. Frost... a solid, all encompassing perspective on Wender's contribution to cinema. If life tires you Mr. Frost, then go and find a dark corner...

Is it just me or does David Frost seem a little drunk on something? His speech is very slurred and he's not exactly 'engaged' in the conversation - rather more 'employed'.Really frustrating... had it been some two bit pop star or pseudo celebrity then fine. But Wim Wenders? Disrespectful to say the least.I s'pose when your worth £20 million you needn't worry about professionalism anymore.
