ok, everyone who decides that rudess isnt the best edition of the keys with DT is retarted. He has feeling and emotion, he is technical cuz he can and thats what prog music is anyways, and he simply makes every song that kevin or derek ever wrote 10 times better than they ever were when they play them live.

Adilinar9000 sorry man but u don't know what the fuck ur saying! Kevin always came up with some goofy fucking riffs and solos! Even derek is better than him! He lacked in a lot of things, i don't think he had creativity, nor feeling or technique! What, you wanna blame jordan to have studied jazz and classic music, which is full of feeling and technicality at the same time?

he's a genius, watch any of thier live material. hes completely amazing. and im not trying to be biased here, because im a guitar player really into petrucci, but jordan rudess puts a lot of emotion into his playing i think. so i agree with you there.
