The only difference between shirley and gwen is that shirley has a beautiful voice and gwen hasn't.Gwen is a studio creation,with all the tools to make her voice passable.She sounds terrible live ,whereas shirly sound great live.

It's just a matter of a opinion, but, I think they are both about the same in most aspects, but Gwen Stefani was part of no doubt which was amazing so she gets more points.
