this service is terrible, i would rather pay then go through the bullshit that i went through to get my doctors ph. number. i must have repeated the name over 20 times!!! i could not get it rigght!!! and there is no operator to help!! so ill pay for 411 service before i through my blackberry at the wall!!! google is on to something, they just gotta get the voice recognition alot better!!! man i am aggravated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as far as im concerned ill pay the $1.75 for 411...it`s worth it!!

some cities like chattanooga, u only have to say the city name and not the state. also, if i am calling a hard to pronounce business. like double hill billard hall. i just say billards and the street and it will use best match and find the billard hall on that street. pretty cool. also, i have said mcdonalds gunbarrel and it gives me the correct macdonalds on gunbarrel rd.. very nice.
