Yah, halfway to being proper plyometrics. It's the workout class version of plyometrics. Would still be a good workout though. Proper plyo would be too much for nice hot ladies like these to do on a regular basis.

It's okay, but you don't want to do this everyday. Too much jumping (jumping exercises) can cause you to be prone to injury of your knees, ankles, and/or hips. Maybe 1 or 2 times a week this might be okay. So, it's probably not a good idea to do everyday. Still do some walking and jogging for cardio or swimming.
