I went to seminary, i know Hebrew and Greek, dont split hairs with me. We are talking about organization from thousands of years ago versus now. Leadership is leadership. the question should be, did woman ever have authority over men. To prophecy simply traslated means to preach the word of God to people. We are basing our ban on cultural bias and preconceived notions. all people are equal under God,be consistant. Man has a more gender problem than God since God is genderless.

Not a role of pastor. She can preach but thats not even in the field of a pastor. A prophetess is not a preacher either. Lets read the Hebrew and Greek.

God used both men and women. so leave it be. Deborah, Miriam, Anna, Dorcas, Junia, Priscilla. Prophetess is a preacher and the role of a Pastor.

ok now .. this is my church and imma need everyone on here to just like leave this "women preach" issue alone...God will use who he want to use ... Man im sick and tied of u church folk trying to start crap "in the church" wow this makes my stomach hurt ... im 17 and i believe that God has a calling on my life ...just like he has on others life .. so like i said ..GOD WILL USE WHO HE WANTS TO USE ... AND IF A WOMAN IS WHO HE WANTS TO USE THEN LET GOD HAVE HIS WAY!!!!!!

According to the Bible preachers don't have to a certain sex, only pastor's, big difference, preach Evangelist.
