I don't take she was wearing a seat belt because number one I didn't see her wearing a seatbelt and number 2 they said that when the car flipped several times she kinda flew out the window if you know what I mean.

she went a bit mental and she went to stay on a island when TLC broke up and she was making a documentry video and while she was recording one day her car flipped over on the street, she was the only one out of 5 people in the car wearing a seatbelt, and she was the only one who died, if u google it u can see some of the live footage when the car tipped that they video recorded.shit happens huh..
