This is from the same artist that made "one of us"? A lil hard to believe...I liked her bit hit, it was catchy yet spiritual in a great way. I only wish her sounds was more in that direction...

her new album "Little Wild One" is really good, and she's working with the same musicians from Relish again

"Relish" is absolultely one of the most underrated albums of the 90's. Joan was nominated for Album of The Year, Record of The Year and Best New Artist that LP. This song, "Ladder" and even "One of Us" are fantastic songs that have aged well. I hope Joan makes another album as good as this one day beacause sadly the follow-up to "Relish" left a lot to be desired. But, her recent album "Pretty Little Stranger" on Vanguard had some of the best stuff she's recorded since these songs in 1996.

its amazing how many people think songs are about addiction ,,,,its most likely because they are addicted and trying to come to terms with it by music ,,,,its a good song

Of course. There are good songs, and then there are those that appeal to the mass market. This is a good song.
