wrong it has been known to proc much more on slow 2h weapons. So unless the rogue is stupid we in the world is he using 2h.

wat i got on my rogue is a mongoose in off hand and executioner in main...reason being because the executioner doesnt proc as much and y hav an enchant when it doesnt stack to one another. so if i get the right procs (which this has happened often) i can ignore 840 (or 850 lol i forget) armour and hav mongoose activated=ownage lol. most warrs and pallys bite the dust when that happens :D
