I thought I posted this last time but I don't see it here. I wanted to say that his features don't seem like Will's to me, and to ask if will was active in politics in '64(at which time he'd have been about 23 years old.) Any way of verifying this? He just doesn't look as round-nosed, etc. as Will does. Could be the aging, though.

I'm not saying you're wrong, but I'm finding it hard to confirm that this is Will--his features don't seem the same, and at the time he would've been about 23. Was Will active at this age?

George Will would have been 23 in 1964, still a student. Before the 26th Amendment, I don't think he would have been old enough to have voted for Eisenhower.It does look like him, though.

I can't believe no one knows who this is--its conservative columnist George F. Will who write for Newsweek Magazine and is on the Sunday morning George Stephanopholis talking heads show. He is regarded as a pure conservative, not one of the new-breed Evangelical, right-wing, hate-everyone people.
