The video shows Kim Passoth's reporting of the repeated tasering of a student without his ID in the library -- they taser him even when he is handcuffed and screaming in pain and nearby students are telling the police to stop.

@barberrymanyou sound like another pro-tazer pig. you have not heard of the thousands of deaths because of tazer use. they made the tazer as an alternative to the gun. now it's the alternative to physical force, like MOVING him OUT.Besides. I know the reason they die. It's often usually caused by the tazer, with the area, and usually a pre existing mental is cardiac disease, illness or difference.This is what has killed thousands, and made todays cops fat and lazy pigs.neo-con.

You have no idea what your talking about! I've been shot with the taser and experienced its effects firsthand. It is not a lethal weapon, as a matter of fact its is classified as a non-lethal weapon, and only after going through a detailed testing process. This process included exposure to people with pacemakers!

i say, if they needed to escirt him, lift him up, don't use a LETHAL WEAPON on him to get him to comply.they claim it's non-lethal, it has killed thousands, and they claim it's because of "excited delerium" HAH! what a croc.it 's just those neo-con PIGS making excuses for why THEY KILL people.i wish there were willing people who could have just used physical strength to lift him up and take him out.and this is not about compliance, this about a LETHAL WEAPON!
