Clinton soled us out on DOMA. What he forgot to mention in his defense of that horrible legislation is that it banned the federal government from recognizing ANY union conferred upon gay couples by the states at the federal level. So, that by implication means that gays can't file their income taxes jointly, and it also impacts other important areas of concern other than taxations such as immigration.

"Idaho doesn't have to santify". Is he retarded ?. There was a REAL president, (not a skirt chaser)that was presented with the same question in which states felt that if the majority thought it was right in that state, so be it. If LINCOLN would've "let the states decide", there would be slave market in Atlanta today. This winner here signed DOMA and the little wife is going to follow suit. Make no mistake about it. Be careful who you cast you gay vote for.

so his argument is vote for Hilary because she's slightly less homophobic than the republicans, brilliant. It's wonderful that gay americans are very slowly gaining more rights, maybe in fifty years they'll be an anti-discrimination in the workplace law or the anti-sodomy laws will have been repealed. Stop me if i'm moving too fast. Equality now!
