Thanks for the comment.As for the knee drop sequence, i've came up with it a quite long ago, but as far as i remember didnt include it in a video. I'm always trying to add more body movement to make the routine more enjoyable, it's always better than the nunchaku tricks alone.

Lovely stuff Lokos. You know how when you watch something good it makes the corners of your mouth turn up? That's what happened. My favourite part is the hand swtich -> toss -> drop to one knee -> catch. You made that up right? Stuff like that makes a good routine great.
