Debate? I haven't seen a debate... THis guy just butchered Rav Aviner...nothing fair here... the title is misleading...What do you want, Rabbi with Tefillin?BTW there is an opinion that smaller Tefillin are more precise regarding the correct position [centre]

Im Sefardi (Bukharian), and my Tefillin is not small like that. BUT I did hear that if Tefillin is very big like the Chabad ones then they are also a problem.

Sephardic tefillin are small. I have a picture of Chacham Ovadia Yosef, shlita, where he is wearing tefillin that are the same size as the ones in this video.

בית דין ירושלים מטעם הגרי"ש אלישיב אוסר על הרב אבינר לפסוק בכל נושא שהוא ואוסר על כלי התקשורת לפרסם את פסקיו. הרה"ג יוסף פנה לבית הדין בראשות הרה"ג דב לוין - נכדו של ר' אריה לוין זצ"ל. בית דין זה הוא בית הדין שאליו מפנה הגרי"ש אלישיב (ראה פסקי דין ירושלים ח"ז עמוד קסז), לפסק שפסק בית הדין מצורפים הנימוקים, ובהם כתוב שהגרי"ש אלישיב אמר לרה"ג לוין שראוי להזדקק לתביעה זו ולאסור על כלי התקשורת הדתיים הנשמעים לדעת תורה מלהשמיע את פסקיו של אבינר.

The title of this video is misleading. While it's quite a good video, it is NOT a debate. It is a monologue by R. Bar Chaim, including some pre-recorded clips of R. Aviner for R. Bar Chaim to criticise.Without the opportunity of R. Aviner to respond to R. Bar Chaim's criticisms, it is most certainly NOT a debate.
