Dear sir, please for the love of God, remember that Guyana was built up as a firm economy of strong potential over the backs of African labour who worked hard in vile, torturous conditions for hundreds of years before the arrival of their Indian brothers. Please. Everyone in Guyana has supported the other in their own ways. And 'bitching' isn't a suitable term for people who are terrified of being killed just for being alive in the wrong place at the wrong time. I understand what you feel and I understand what they feel...but people this will never stop and change until new communications happen - with true effort.Apparently the population of Guyana is just 738,000 or thereabouts. But i belive it is a lot less...and lessoning each day.

How can you say these things? You really believe thats the case with all these people? And you want to feel save and live in peace - and thats, in my opinion, just what should be your God-given right I understand. But you put out so much hatred and then the cycle of mistrust, violence and pain will just continue. I'm not asking you to forget, thats impossible - but i'm saying to future can be different if people learn to start again.
