During World War II even before America entered the war, Canada asked Disney to make a few propaganda films encouraging people to buy war bond certificates. They cleverly reused some footage from this cartoon, and "Self Control". The cartoon was called "Donald's Decision" and I have that, as well as Der Fuehrer's Face.

This is the only time that Donald was portrayed as a child. A few months after this was released, Huey,Dewey and Louie were introduced in "Donalds' Nephews".
