i remember this game. its oldish but fun. i covered the easy map entirely with fully upgraded standard turrets once, i still lost tho

Not every German song is Rammstein. it's no doubt a song by e nomine. Not one I have heard before though (could be off 'Das Testament' as it sounds like some of the songs off that album).

well void towers have a wide range of effect but light towers are stronger so it really depends on what you want
