aw... maybe it sounded good to those who never knew "garota de Ipanema."The original intent is to be soft, gentle, full of soul, and most of all, affectional...Oh well. It still sounds very(or too) jazzy and energetic which many people like!

So that really didn't sound like the Garota de Ipanema at all. . . but it sounded good. Girl from Ipanema was definitely the stereotypical elevator music from every movie ever made.

I like the tune, but I personally don't think it's an accurate portrayal of "The Girl from Ipanema" until it gets to the bridge.I MISS MAYNARD :-(
