Paxman (directly and indirectly) asked the question 12 times! Ridiculous, that any person would have to ask the same question so many times, without receiving an answer.

Paxman & Robin Day: Two of the best ever interro... ummm... interviewers on TV. I love it when Michael Howard (b. Michael Hect) could not give a yes/no answer. I suppose yes/no questions lack the chance to qualify a statement, but it does get to the bone of the matter. Politician are infamous for being evasive. Why we accept it as normal & part of the game is ludicrous.
