I think the ease of use idea really depends on what the user is used to. I grew up using Windows 9x, and all that Windows does is something I'm used to (like handling disks). That's not to say I don't enjoy using the Macintosh, because I do as well.

Apple loves to lie. This list Multitasking in 1987. Not so fast... yes, they added "cooperative" multitasking then, 2 years AFTER the Amiga, which used the "preemptive" style multitasking we enjoy today. It was not until the 2001 commercial release of OS X that Apple FINALY caught up to the Amiga, Windows NT, and Linux. Apple, a great marketing company, to be sure. In many cases they were not the first, or used weaker versions of the same technology others were using. FACT.
