Wow. Wow. Wow. That is easily the best dancing performance I've ever seen. If you folks aren't doing this professionally, you should really consider it.

It is a belt flip, as far as I know of the term. Wikihow has an article on how to do one.

At the end, when they flip between each other's legs, is that a belt flip? Is there any other term for it? I can't find any instructions or descriptions online for that move when I search for "belt flip" (other than youtube videos).

For me the most impressive thing about the way they do the aerials is the fact that she at the end of them looks as though nothing happened - completely on-balance, unruffled, and ready for the next move.
