nah not really, you dont need water.. u just get the lowest note of the glass without water - so with no water you just need different sized glasses..

Glasses are mounted to a sounding board - similar idea as a guitar top - Watch their hands you see they have a hidden water dish to constatnly wet their fingers - No need for water in each glass as each crystal glass is tuned on it's own - just add friction - and a load of style - inspiration and imperturbable self-possession poise and assurance

It funny, I only thought to look for wine glass music on youtube because I remembered an episode of The Powerpuff Girls where the Mayor was playing music on wine glasses. I'm glad I looked for this.
