I've watched a lot of videos on this, and I am attempting it myself. I just wanted to mention how much your video helped me find everything I needed to get this done. Still in the process of doing it but I can tell I'm getting close! P.S. everything on my computer is Nvidia or AMD and as you said those are widely supported. So wish me luck on this, sure beats spending $1000+ on a mac!

I hear people have been having great success with Kalyway and Ikatos on Intel processors. Since I am on AMD things are a bit different

Yeah it won't just show SSE 2 or 3 to have SSe 3 you need SSE 2 so you have the required specs on your processor.
M1SH3 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)

Well, I have hit somewhat of a standstill really. I have gotten past my kernel panic but am having another issue. It really is just stemming from having an ATI graphics card in the computer I think. I have an older nVidia card that I will eventually throw in, just hesitant to do it because I use this PC for gaming and this would be a big downgrade so I am kind of waiting to do this till I build my new PC. It does work, I just cannot see anything lol.
