Yup paper targets don't shoot back.

And what can they do to you ? Tell you to leave ? Better that, than being there if a shooting breaks out and your naked.

You have to account the excitement factor while shooting. Officers can be really good shooting at a target, but loose it all under stress.

Statiscly, shootings involving officers, less than six rounds are used. Most are face to face shootings.

People don't normally carry their guns all over the place, as they are afraid of their own government.

Yeah, unless, you know, you have to shoot over something.

I like how the press always refer to the shooter as a VICTIM !!!!!!!! I hear this all the time. Don't those press people get it ?

The chance that he would need more than 15 shots to subdue a person is very low, unless his aim is terrible (which you must be at least decent with a gun to get a CCW license).

They never said he started with 6 rounds. But also from what understand from my friend whos going through the academy they get to use their own sidearms. Hes using a .357 S&W.
