Drum and bass at its finest. Bollocks to all the modern shit with no drum patterns or originality.

2 rite. tunes like this dont need speedin up, they'r already mashed! does depend on the environment & crowd tho. i remember the days on hastings pier wen there was 2 much billy goin round & +8 didnt seem fast enuf!

EXACTLY! You always know when little kids have been in the record shops because all the turntables are left at +8. Faster does not equal harder! Obviously when you're DJing you have to adjust a bit to mix, but I always try and stay as close to the original tempo as I can. TRUST THE ARTISTS WHO MADE THE SONG! You're not going to make it cooler by killing all the detail and vibe at twice the speed.

Nino you always play tracks at the right speed, you should have been a big boy on the circuit!!
