In a social group, they are elitism or an indifference to the suffering of others.When the bombs failed to detonate, the shooters went into the school knowing that they wouldn't make it out alive. They sacrificed themselves for revenge. Does that sound like the actions of a selfish, self-loving person? Hardly.
