Sapp just doesn't have much technique. He just dives blindlessly in a fight. His punches are strong, but slow, and he never really kicks. He's big, and I think that would scare some fighters. Anyway, this proves that muscles aren't everything.

I think bigdobberw has it right, the liver is on the right front of the torso and Sapp probably got kneed there. The kidneys are on the back of the torso.
