we love this machine! check, 'Warren Project' out. everything there is done with the '1600'.... and we recrd straight in live. most of the percussion is live with the cheapest of instrments.

I bought the BR1600 about a year ago and have made the best recording of my life. It is an incredible recorder! I recomend buying one of these.

ok i have a turntable a synth a drum machine a mic can i plugs these all in this and record each one and burn the cd all in one?????????

Man what a drag.... "boom, just drop them right in" - yeah right. Takes you all night to set up 8 bars of 'song', but hey, it's "boom" and "awesome" - That nerd in the video is easily pleased. This machine would be out of the window within the hour if it was in my studio, that's for sure!

I'd have to agree with dynobutter. What I did was: I bought a Yamaha DTXIII S electronic drumkit. It plugs directly into the BR1600CD (no mics, no b.s.) and lots of killer drum sounds built in to the kit. (anything you can imagine, plus you can make your own kits) It sounds just as good if not better than real drums, and it sounds REAL beacause you are actually playing the kit. (no robotic drumbeats) the quality is far superior to mic'd drums and it will only cost you a little over $1,000. Thanx

Does this come with pre-made drum sets already like the micro BR? Also are there any guitar affects on this? like chorus, etc?? thank you.
