You can tell by the background music and dance moves that this is at the height of the disco era. Great boogie dancing!

I know it is not easy to see, but the male dancer at 1:19 is Jermaine Stewart. He became a singer, with the hits "The Word Is Out" (1984) and "We Don't Have To Take Our Clothes Off" (1986).

Yep, you got it! Jeffrey Daniels doing the slo mo dance from 0:55 in the Soul Train T. This is where his career started before Shalamar. He also taught Michael Jackson the Moon Walk.
