Angus is out of prison and no sooner is he back in the community than the backlash starts to unfold. As soon as Rachel, Angus and Susan step out of the taxi, Elle and a photographer are there to report on their continuing relationship, and Zeke makes his attitude clear when he brings a police detective home to question Angus about his intentions. Rachel's romantic ideas crumble as they face an awkward dinner when Zeke makes his hostility towards Angus plain. Meanwhile, Susan reveals to Angus that she is not his ally and the ceasefire is purely strategic.
