No, your wrong the fact that we havent seen a true saiyan girl doesnt mean one could transform into ss, pan (its not human its half saiyan half human like gohan,goten and trunks) and maron (doughter of Vegeta) are a clear example of it. Womans saiyan cant turn super saiyan and thats the end of it.
