Interview about BG&E with Michel Ancel in 2003

Many fans of Beyond Good & Evil may not have seen this interview before, so now it's finally on Youtube for all to see. Michel Ancel(who's currently working on Rayman Raving Rabbids) says some very interesting things about BG&E, like the "children in war"-theme being inspired by the anime movie Grave of the Fireflies. I highly recommend that movie, by the way. I saw it because of this interview and it's a very good movie.

"I would say, take your time." That's exactly what I did. I would ride the hovercraft with the jets almost silent, just cruising and playing with the scorpion fish for almost an hour sometimes.

This is another reason why Anime fans should have taken a remote interest in Beyond Good and Evil instead of Final Fantasy which I think is just overated.

Awesome find! Btw has anyone read about the supposed leak in Ubisoft? Pity there weren't any leaked pictures of a sequel to BG&E among the files :'-(
