Tony is a much better guitarist than Godsmack's music suggests. Read Sully's book, "Paths we Choose". Sully found Tony in the local bars in the Lawrence and Methuen (Massachusetts) areas north of Boston. Sully said the one thing that he noticed was the accuracy of Tony's soloing. Tony was playing a lot Alice in Chains and that stuff is not easy. Anyway, good thread here.

yawn, pretty lackluster. I've got respect for him as a player he's written a lot of tight riffs, but this is pretty dull for me. And not becasue I don't apreciate acoustic. It's just very generic this piece.
