This reality is made possible from nothing, through the prime creator's hand. He is basically dissolving the girl's ego, the belief that she is where she is alone in life. At the end she realizes that she was wrong, and gives into becoming a part of him. People try to deny the Prime Creator's existence, but it's basically impossible because all surrounding matter is made from him. "Ill be your cigarette smoke. Your Junkies dope. I actually believe that this video is about what we call "God" trying to help her see that he allows everything to happen (he paid for the stuff she bought in the end), and that the world we know it is actually an illusion. He gives the illusion that you are separate from him. The whole video is about "God" paying notice to this girl, and is trying to show signs of his presence, but the girl is choosing Fear instead of Love. Also, if you deny him, you will suffer too...
